Norcoast Mechanical has maintained a fully staffed facility at their Anchorage, Alaska location under the current ownership since November, 1986. 
We are a union mechanical contractor, specializing in commercial, industrial and retail construction in South Central Alaska. 
Our field personnel are Plumbers & Pipefitters from Local 367, while related trade work such as sheet metal, pipe and duct insulation, sprinkler and controls are contracted.
