About Norcoast Mechanical
- Norcoast Mechanical has maintained a fully staffed facility at our Anchorage, Alaska location under the current ownership since November, 1986.
- We are a union mechanical contractor, specializing in commercial, industrial and retail construction in South Central Alaska.
- Our field personnel are Plumbers & Pipefitters from Local 367, while related trade work such as sheet metal, pipe and duct insulation, sprinkler and controls are contracted.
- We predominantly act as the “prime” mechanical contractor, coordinating and directing all sub tier contractors and can function as the General contractor on predominantly mechanical oriented projects.
- We are familiar with all aspects of the construction trade.
